Privacy Policy

FitFutureMe ("we", "our", or "the app") helps you track workouts, nutrition, and fitness progress.

Information we collect

• Account information: Email address and password when you create an account (stored by Supabase).
• Fitness data: Workouts, food logs, weight entries, and goals you enter in the app.
• Photos: Progress photos and food photos you choose to capture.
• Audio: Voice messages you record for your future-self coach feature.
• API keys: If you provide an Anthropic Claude or OpenAI API key, it is stored on your device only and sent directly to those providers when you use AI features.
• AI photo consent: When you use FitFutureMe visualizer features, we store your in-app consent record (version, timestamp, and attestation flags) on your device.

How we use information

• Provide workout tracking, nutrition logging, and progress visualization.
• Authenticate your account and back up your identity across devices (when cloud sync is enabled).
• Generate AI coaching notes and food estimates when you request them (via Anthropic).
• Generate FitFutureMe goal preview images (via OpenAI) and body-gap coaching (via Anthropic vision) when you consent and request those features.

FitFutureMe visualizer photos

Before you add progress photos for the visualizer, the app asks you to confirm:

• The photo is your own (or you have permission from everyone shown).
• You understand photos are processed by Anthropic and OpenAI as described in the consent screen.
• Your photo meets clothing guidelines (non-sexual athletic wear; torso covered).

Food photos logged on the Today tab are analyzed separately via Anthropic only and are not gated by this visualizer consent flow.

Third-party services

• Supabase — authentication and cloud storage.
• Anthropic — AI coaching, food analysis, and body-gap analysis (when you use those features with your API key).
• OpenAI — FitFutureMe goal image generation (when you use the visualizer with your API key).
• Expo / EAS — app distribution and crash diagnostics during development.

Data retention

Local data remains on your device until you delete the app. Account data in Supabase is retained until you delete your account.

Your rights

You may delete your account in the Profile tab. This removes your Supabase auth record. Local data can be cleared by uninstalling the app. If you can't access the app, you can request account deletion here.

Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. If we change AI photo consent terms, you may be asked to accept the updated consent before using visualizer photo features again.
